Cramps

Hi, wondering if anyone has experienced cramps in the esophagus? I mean cramps that last for up to an hour that are extremely painful. I've noticed that cold things affect me but also alcohol. Do you have any tips? And is there a chance they will get better? I'm very new to this and appreciate all the tips!
