Custom firesre

So a few months back I reset my ps3 and it still says evil nat when I boot it and up and I still see the custom firmware option but I do not see multiman anymore. Anyone know what the process would be if I were to want to have a modded ps3 again? I’m just wondering if I would have to do all the steps over again or not. Sorry for the Silly question. thanks
