Anyone else having trouble adding titles to library?

Whenever I try to add something to my lib , it takes a good 10-15 sec before it gets added. It wasn't like this before. I already tried changing network to see if it was the issue but it was the same regardless, same with reinstalling extensions. I'd prefer to fix this without reinstalling the app itself
