I want to help people at work during the day then fuck off and be alone in my room. How do you make this sound palatable to men?

I hate shit talking not because I’m some beacon of morality, but because once I start I can’t stop. Everyone is annoying. Everyone is on some level detestable. Except my friends who know this too. I’m thankful for them, and that we don’t live so close as to entangle our lives too much. It doesn’t make sense but it does to me. I have friends like my mother has friends.
