[TOMT] Please help me find a movie with human-aircraft engine hybrid

Like the title says, I’m looking for help finding a movie.

Setting: Desert environment with a yellowish color palette. I also remember a scrapyard. No sci-fi or alien technology.

Core memory: The trailer included a scene where a man encounters a human–propeller hybrid in a yellowish corridor. The creature was similar to Sturm from Resident Evil Village or the Propellerhead from Frankenstein’s Army (2013).

Year: I saw the trailer around 2015.

Budget: It looked like a mid-budget film.
