"The Final Puzzle" possible clue?
so while in racoon city iv sweeped the area before blowing up the c4 wall and decided to back track i came across the diner that i skipped before but saw this on the wall,
"Can You Hear it too?"
then started to hear noises in and around the café but couldn't find anything maybe someone else will have better luck
(btw i dont know if this is here before as skipped on first playthrough but on this playthrough i did the hand analyse and entered the code on the sun, moon, star thing to hear the laugh)
