A 7 utr losing to a beginner

I'm 7 utr and I've just lost to a damn beginner I dunno why everytime I get onto the court I play so bad a f, my mentality is bad I can't focus and I get angry so fast then I start hitting in the out, I've had enough I wanna cry 😭
