Requesting guidance for my first sim racing setup

So long story short i want to buy a sim racing setup and i need it to be high quality, you can say I’m spoiling myself, but as far as i understand wheelbases that are 10+nm are overkill so I’ll stick to 10nm max.

Mainly I’ll play F1, perhaps Forza Horizon 5 later.

But i need the steering wheel to be F1.

Also pedals i need them to be the kg ones that feel realistic not the magnetic ones idk if that makes sense.

What are your suggestions my max budget is around 1000$
