Am I doing enough?

I am a freshman and I feel like i’m never doing enough. I am in honors, I have a 3.9 GPA, i’m in two orgs (just a member), and that’s already a lot on my plate. I always see people doing way more, already getting leadership positions as a freshman and I wonder how they even juggle all that. someone tell me HOW?
