Fantasy that is not a European-inspired world?

I just finished The Jasad Heir duology and I absolutely LOVVVEEEEEDDD the Egyptian-inspired fantasy world Hashem built. We see so much of these countries that are pretty much built around a European theme but it’s so interesting when a fantasy is inspired around other countries. Egyptian is not a common theme I’ve seen in Romantasy books, but one I most definitely enjoyed.

What other book series would you recommend that is not Euro-centric? Asia, Africa, Latin America, etc etc. OR European countries’ cultures we don’t see often in books (e.g. East Europe).

And I’m not talking about books that are happening in those countries, but specifically fantasy worlds INSPIRED by them
