Question regarding 'Fallen of the White Dragon'

So the effect allows you to put a monster into the graveyard which mentions "Fallen of Albaz", e.g. Ecclesia Synchro. Right after that it allows you to summon an 'Ecclesia' monster from the deck or the GY.

When I tried it in YGO Omega (simulator), I was not allowed to summon the Synchro on to the field, which is clearly an Ecclesia card by name. It does not break the condition with 'no special summon from the ED, except...' since it special summons from the GY.

Is there something I'm missing here? Why can't I summon the lvl 8 Synchro?
