Do I text or call my professor?

I asked for a letter of recommendation from one of my favorite professors to help support my transfer applications. They agreed and I sent over my resume and additional documents. All of my professors submitted their letters except this professor. Her letter is what I believe the strongest one because I made the strongest connection with them.

Earlier this week I sent out follow up emails to those who hadn’t submitted yet. I got replies from everyone expect this professor. I sent an additional follow up email yesterday and still nothing. Two of my applications are due tomorrow, March 1st.

Is it appropriate if I call or text their personal number?

I am thinking of sending a text. I have it from the syllabus and through Outlook from their contact information list.
