MCAS much worse OUT of mold? Super reactive and in pain/flaring up. Anyone else?

Have been dealing with intense face flushing, mild throat tightening, food reaction, heat reaction, worse activity flares, sore throats, lymph node pain, etc. does this get worse for the first mo the out of a moldy home? I’m almost 2 months away and have been struggling bad. Can’t tolerate ketotifen or cromolyn at all. Have been relying on Zyrtec and Pepcid.
