Back piece tattoo idea representing the cognitive dissonance between pets and farm animals?

I’m thinking about getting a back tattoo and I’m looking for some feedback on the concept.

The core idea is the cognitive dissonance in how we treat "pet" companions vs. "farm" animals. I want a design that represents the differences. Showing the happiness/security of a pet contrasted with the sadness/stress of a farm animal.

I'm wondering:

Is this a solid starting point for a back piece ?

What are some visual metaphors I could use besides just "happy vs. sad faces"?

I’d love to hear your thoughts or any ideas on how to make the message more powerful.
