Add card to Apple wallet-how?

I got approved for a Chase sapphire and it should be here soon- but hoping to pay rent with it so I can get it down towards the reward $. I can’t find my application number in my email or log into my account online or in the app since i don’t know my account number, and I can’t get a real person on phone with customer service. Seeing if anyone has advice to get access somehow so I can pay my rent with the card?
