Anyone familiar with James Bike’s Collection? Is it real?

So this person or shop frequently posts old-school BMX bikes for sale. Most of them from the photos appear to be in excellent condition and professionally restored, yet are usually significantly below market value, which gives me pause.

Anyone know what’s up with this? Usually anything that’s too good to be true is, so I’m wondering if this is a scam.
