Puffy Eyes After Pyriform Fossa Filler?

Hello, years ago I got mid-face filler, noticed I was getting super puffy so I went to a different place and they used ultra sound to locate the filler, said it was placed too surfaced level and may have been blocking my lymphatic system. This year, I went to that same spot because it seemed they were knowledgeable in filler placement.

I got filler in the pyriform fossa, it’s been a little over a week and I’m noticing puffiness under my eyes and mid-face.

The other time was understandable because it was right under my eye(mid cheek) , however this time It’s by my nose. Is there a possibility the filler is causing the swelling? I’ve also been waking up super congested. Not sure if it is unrelated or not.
