Kung ipaparrot ko rin lang naman ang linagay ko sa Petition for Review sa Memorandum na hinihingi ng CA, would you suggest magfile pa ako Memorandum?

Would you suggest I let the period lapse without filing a memorandum? Also, anong form and contents ng memorandum required by the CA?

Comprehensive naman na ang Petition for Review, kaya ako nagaalangan kung magfile pang Memo. Baka mainis pa sakin staff at judge na inulit ko lang arguments.
