Upgrading from a 2060 to a 5080!

Super excited about this. I just started playing video games again after 6 years and have found my 2060 not quite up to part for expedition 33 (the game i selected to start up again with). Im very excited about the game as im like an hour in and decided to just upgrade the gpu so I can get better graphics. My question comes in two, how is this going to perform with a ryzen 7 3700X? I will upgrade to the 5800X3D once I can find it for a reasonable price but for now im just gonna make do. The second part is about selling my 2060. Is there even a market for these and how much could I realistically expect to get for it? Where would I sell it?
