Paranoid about yolk sac

I had one healthy pregnancy, one MMC followed by 2 chemical pregnancies, and then two more healthy pregnancies. I am currently pregnant with twins, just found out two days ago.

In the photos I feel like baby B’s yolk sac looks too big, and I know this can be associated with loss and chromosomal abnormalities. The notes on my scan on portal are as follows:

I KNOW it says “normal yolk sac” for both, but I wish so badly it included measurements so I could make sure of that rather than just calling it normal. I’m including pictures to get y’all’s opinion if there are any techs or frequent ultrasound patients in here. I’ll post in comments
