Super new, just bought a CRF300F, how do I go about setting it up for my weight? (Big Guy)

I recently purchased a CRF300F to learn how to be better offroad. No intent on tracking, all trail riding in the mountains (Idaho). I'm a bigger guy, once I have gear on, i'm at 300 points or so.

I am pretty mechanically inclined, but never really messed with suspension. Any takes on the proper way to set this bike up for a guy my size? Product recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Norden 901 that I have taken on dirt roads a bit, but want to build up confidence offroad so a small dirt bike feels like a good play.
