Can testosterone affect bipolar?

I'm transitioning and just started testosterone, I've already informed my psychiatrist about that. I was warned about the potential side effects of mood swings and anger, but I was wondering if I need to keep an eye out for mania too. I'm more worried about manic episodes than depressive episodes at the moment and I haven't had the chance to ask my psychiatrist about that.

For reference I've been stable since the beginning of January and am on an antipsychotic, mood stabilizer and the lowest dose of Wellbutrin XL. I have not been sleeping well though, which I know given the right circumstances can lead to mania.
