Is carrier costumes still available?

I heard when finishing the initial quest from the guild master, I was supposed to get the basic carrier costumes. But, I cannot find it anywhere in my stash.

I am currently at Carrier mission VI. If I finish the mission up to X, can i get the master cosumes?

Where can I find one?

Please help me out...

the cosumes of this game is really out of fashion...
