Monograms

Why does thredup accept clothing that has monograms and names embroidered on them and then not make any mention of it in the description

Especially in the children’s section I have to pull up every single picture and enlarge it to check for monograms or names or initials. At a minimum I would expect it to be mentioned in the description. I’ve contacted customer support and they have no answers. There doesn’t seem to be any decrease in price either and it’s not easy or cheap to try to have a monogram removed. So frustrating
