What is this thing that I found in my stool?

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the weird post, but tonight when I was going to the bathroom, while wiping, I saw this reddish pink blob/sphere in my stool. It looked strange, so I separated it out can anyone tell me what this might be? Should I go to the doctor about this?
