Not just men and white people, but fem, queer, they/them eastern Buddhist recommendations for reading?

Wanting to dive deeper into Buddhism and meditation, but have a hard time reading anything written from the male as well as white gaze. Anyone have any recommendations for authors who are radical in their Buddhist thought? Thank you so much🥀
