Atlanta vs Houston?

I’m originally from Chicago. Please help me decide which city is better.

I am a physician with two job offers, one in Atlanta (270K) and another in Houston (300K). The job in Atlanta is supposed to be super chill with a 3 day work week but the job in Houston may get me involved with NASA, which sounds pretty cool to me.

I’m a single Asian man in my thirties and generally attracted to educated chinese or white women. I would eventually like to buy a house, raise a family, find a good school district, etc.

I hate long commutes and crazy drivers.

I like thoughtful people that can give you a different perspective on a topic.

So where should I go?
