Roam vs Local vs Global Priority for Airplane

I have been using a Mini with the Global Priority plan for about six months in my small airplane. I picked Global priority because at the time the max speed limit was 550mph, where Local was 350 I think and Roam was about 100 (can't recall exact numbers). Now it's lower at 450mph, which is kind of a bummer but still works for 85% of my flights. With the max speed changes recently, did that include the Local and Roam plans? As in with these changes can I change to a Roam or Local plan and still get the 450mph? I see conflicting information within the flying community but haven't found anything like there used to be outlining the exact speeds. Thanks!
