**Who are we?** Installment: Icarus is an Arma 3 based Milsim unit focusing on the journey of a fictional PMC. Striving to create a strong community based on teamwork and honesty creating a friendly and welcoming environment for all. Focusing on creating operations with strong and compelling stories and gameplay for all to enjoy whether you enjoy being a leader, a specialist or a grunt this is the place for you.

**Our leadership and members span the globe**, with operations mostly suited to Asia, Pacific, and European time zones. Yet you will still find long term members all over the globe who stay with us.

**Our Goal** is to create an inclusive, and supportive environment for all. Whether you are a brand new player or a veteran player we will welcome you with open arms. We value respect and positivity over experience.

**What do we offer?**  We believe that Arma is a game and that it shouldn’t prioritise over life, therefore we don’t have any of the nitty gritty paperwork or multiple mandatory events you have to attend. Rather we provide a singular operation a week with a second if in demand that has optional attendance with zero consequences when you cannot attend. Prioritising yourself is more important than prioritizing this unit therefore if you ever can’t attend you don’t have to go although we would appreciate you letting us know why.

**Training & Operations?** We operate a weekly schedule, hosting our operations every Saturday or Friday depending on your location in the world. Our Operations are backed up by both a seasoned and experienced team while also developing the skills and abilities of our newer hosts. Our trainings are hosted at the discretion of both instructors and the players conducting them upon request, our team is happy to help facilitate the training and development of any member.

**Operation Timing:** Our operations occur weekly scheduled every week Saturday 06:00 UTC.

**Why choose us?** We have been running as a unit for 4 years while undergoing some rough patches have always stayed the same a group dedicated to creating operations and experiences for all no matter who you are whether you are new or experienced we welcome you.

Are you looking to fill a certain role or scratch a certain itch? Well we might have that role for you, all you have to do is complete a 1-2 operation probationary period and we will open up all roles to you except for technical or leadership positions.
