It it possible to have an endometrioma without an other endo lesions?

I have a 7cm endometrioma cyst (confirmed by both my regular GYNO and an endo specialist) and I'm getting it removed soon, but I don't have pain AT ALL anywhere, no period pain, or any other endo symptoms besides the cyst. I know any presentation of endometriomas indicate stage 3 or above, but just wondering if anyone experienced this when getting a lap - like they have an endometrioma but no other adhesions? Sounds weird I know but just wondering how likely it is.
