Any good Holi party recommendations in Dehradun or Rishikesh?

Hey everyone, ​I'm a student at UPES and looking for plans for Holi this year. My friends and I are trying to decide whether to stay in Dehradun or head down to Rishikesh for the weekend. ​Does anyone know of any good events or parties happening? We are looking for something with a good crowd and decent music. Any leads would be appreciated!
