Rocky's financial situation after "Rocky V"

Rocky, of course, lost most of his fortune in "Rocky V" and has to move back to his old neighborhood and run Mickey's gym.

I'm curious what was Rocky's source of income in the years that followed. I can't imagine the gym being much of a money-maker, and a restaurant seems like quite a roll of the dice.

Were there any public appearances or endorsement deals over the years? (One would think there would be quite a few offers after beating Drago in Russia).

I'm sure he made a bit of money off the Dixon fight, and maybe a bit from managing and training Tommy and later Adonis, though nowhere near what he was earning at the height of his career.
