Nobody in Halo 5 Xbox lobby?

So it's been 2ish years since I played any halo and wanted to jump on and saw Halo 5 Guardians, went to play in multiplayer and nothing loads... I've tried a few days in a row and no matter the game style I pick it will never match or fill a game...

Is it completely dead or am I missing something?
