Personal email/info in NDA?

Hi everyone, it's only my 2nd month on DSCOUT so still learning. I keep getting stuck on the surveys that ask for so much personal info, and curious how everyone handles these.

That being said, how is everyone handling the NDAs that require your full first and last name, as well as personal email address? It doesn't require it during the study, but is asking for it on the NDA. I keep getting picked up for these kinds of studies from big tech companies, then have to back out when I get to the NDA portion and see that it's required.

Should I just make a different email address that isn't my primary email with all my data attached to it? Has anyone done that or are you just giving out your real email and info for these NDAs?
