Anyone ever have certain twitching or jerks

Anyone ever have any head jerks or twitches I don’t know how to explain other than it seems like a tic

I’ve noticed they happend when I’m extremely anxious or my head feels heavy when I’ve been anxious. I seen a video on tik tok and now it has my anxiety at an all time high thinking it could be something more serious
