Aim time bug?

I was playing GSOR the Tank today when i noticed that the aim time is longer than 2.2 sec it should be on my tank

I measured it and it came to around 3.5 seconds.

I haven't yet measured on other tanks, but i'm asking if this is a known issue where the aim time is longer in battle than stated in garage?
