Reporting customer fraud and harassment
Is there anyway to directly report customer fraud to Instacart Trust and Safety without getting chat support involved?
I had a rude customer today. A non tipper of course, but I took the order as it was just one item and super close to the pick up location.
I texted the customer when on the way, to make sure that the place of delivery was clear of loose dogs and free roaming reptiles like roads and frogs. Most people laugh that off and this customer was like that hey, you should be doing something else. To me, this was an out of context reply because it was of a personal nature and nothing to do with making the place of delivery safe for the delivery driver, as required under the state laws where I was dropping this off.
Then, when at the place of delivery, she said that I stayed in my car for about 3 minutes before getting out-a safety procedure to ensure that lurking around bear cubs or loose dogs would not pop out.
Then, a guy comes down to meet me, identifies the order and gives me the 4 digit pin to finish the delivery and she texts back that nothing was at her door, while also telling me that as she was pregnant, she was bed ridden. I told her that the guy who met with me, identified everything that needed to be identified and I handed him the order as I should have .
I went straight ahead to message chat support to unpair me from this person. Is there anyway to reach out to T&S directly ?
