Julien Boulangerie (UES) reopens under new name

Earlier tonight I walked by the Third Avenue and 72nd Street location and it was well-lit with a new sign as Le Fournil ("the bakery"). The store was closed although someone was working inside. Looking through the window, everything looked about the same as when it was Julien with a few small changes. There is a sign that reads, "Established 2016."

Has anyone heard of this business before?
