Cadogan Clinic - good or no? Alternatives?

I found this clinic in London and their prices seem manageable, but has anyone had experience with them before? I'm a little hesitant, it says it's a plastic surgery clinic, idk if that's bad, but legit don't know what to look out for. Any advice would be very helpful :) I've had to ask what they require for someone to get surgery, but they include nonbinary options which is good for me
