Questions for first appointment (FTM)?

Hi all! I have my first appointment and scan this week. I have to admit I am more nervous than excited at this point with all of the unknowns. For those who have been through it, do you have any recommendations on questions I should have handy? As my first time, you only know what you know and I feel like a lot of providers are not super forthcoming with information!
