Egg cracking?
Hi everyone! I wanted to share my experience and hear your feedback and advice, which might help me in finding myself. About a year ago, I realized that I like some feminine clothing styles (like femboy style). For six months, I didn’t really do much about it, but six months ago, after a lot of thinking, I decided to try being more feminine. I started shaving my legs and body where the hair grows a lot. I began ordering some women’s clothes, and I liked it more and more. A few days ago, I came across a video by a trans blogger, and she talked about a website about gender dysphoria. I started reading the site, and the more I read, the more I found things that resonated with me. This made me seriously think that maybe I am a trans girl. Before this, I thought I was just a guy interested in feminine things, but now it feels deeper. The problem is, in all the male communities at school and in football training, I was a bit of an odd guy. People often told me that I have a strange sense of humor and that my jokes aren’t funny at all (not like Masuka). At the same time, I have absolutely no idea what it means to be a girl, since in my class there were only 4 girls out of 28 students, and at university, there was only 1 girl in my group. I didn’t have close female friends, I’ve never been in a relationship, and I just don’t understand what it means to be a girl. It’s hard for me to tell whether I just like women’s clothing or if I genuinely want to be a girl. I would say that my strongest sign is the gender euphoria I feel from a feminine image. I have a little dysphoria about facial hair, big feet, and broad shoulders, but it’s not critical, and I’ve gotten used to my body over time. In my mind, if I answer the question, “Would I press the button to become a girl if it had no negative consequences?” I would probably say yes, but at the same time, I don’t fully understand what it means to be one. In the near future, I plan to continue exploring my feminine side. I plan to grow my hair out and try wearing something more androgynous in public.
I would be really glad if you shared your similar experiences, if you’ve felt similar feelings, what you ultimately discovered and maybe some advices, which could help better understand myself. Wishing everyone kindness and love!💞
