Pairing with Keona was the “safe” option. If you already have a girlfriend outside who’s watching the show, you’re obviously going to be careful. A pairing that looks chill, low-romantic, and not too intense won’t cause as much drama outside.

But imagine if he paired up with someone he had crazy chemistry with, constant flirting, or obvious physical attraction ,that would look completely different. His girlfriend would definitely take that more seriously.
