Missed my T-shot for a month

Hey yall. I’ve been on T for 10 months now, well 9 technically since I missed a month. My shot days are Friday’s. I have missed 3 ish shots. It would’ve been 4 but I did take it yesterday. Someone else on T told me I should try to compensate by taking one today, Monday, and Wednesday, until I’m caught up. That sounded super strange to me so I just wanted to check to see what I should do. Let me know.
