Looking to transition…

Now that I have your attention- I have been in the leave of absence field for 14 years. I am needing advice on transitioning into another career field. These days finding a job has been a headache and they want you to have 10+ years of experience. If we’re being real having that much experience would make you overqualified and companies won’t even look your way, because they don’t want to pay you the money. But having 50% of the transferable skills won’t even get you an interview. It gets you a rejection email at 2:50am in the morning. Soooo what do you do? HELP!
