Period came after 32 days and was very light, nipple pain still there-normal?

Hi everyone, I’m a bit confused about what happened this cycle and wanted to see if anyone experienced something similar. I’m 25 and my periods are usually very regular. Normally before my period I get breast/nipple pain, but once my period starts the pain goes away. This time my period came 32 days after my last period, which is a little later than usual.

A few things about this cycle: -I’m not sexually active -About a week before my period I had bowel issues/loose motion. -The day before my period started I went through a really stressful almost-breakup with my boyfriend. -My nipples started hurting before the period, but the pain didn’t go away after the period started.I am still having pain/soreness in nipples -The period itself was lighter than usual, mostly dark red/brown, and lasted only about 1–2 days. -I usually get cramps, but this time I barely had cramps. -Now I sometimes feel left lower belly discomfort.

Right now I’m not really stressed anymore, but the nipple soreness still being there is making me overthink because normally it disappears once my period starts.

Could stress and stomach issues earlier in the cycle cause this even if my periods are usually regular? Have anyone experienced such a thing before?
