Living alone, recently diagnosed with MDD.........

I’ve been living independently since the pandemic, and this is my first time truly living alone. Just last month, I was diagnosed with MDD.

My parents and friends don’t know, and I’m not planning to tell them. I worry they might not like the idea of me living alone with this condition, and I don’t want that. I genuinely love living alone and the independence that comes with it.

Just sharing, and wondering if anyone here is also navigating solo living while dealing with mental health struggles.
