Private day trip from Bologna

Sightseeing & Activities !!MUST PROVIDE TRAVEL DATES!!

I'd like to do a day trip from Bologna to visit parmeggiano and prosciutto producers. My group is 6 people, and we are staying in Bologna, so my preference is to do a private tour that will pick us up at our hotel in Bologna. Can someone please point me to a tour guide that provides transportation or an NCC? Date is 31 May.
