tl;dr: This brick takes 1.5kg/s of brine (average output of a cool slush geyser) and produces up to 480kg/cycle of brackene or 48kg/cycle of brackwax, and it keeps 1 bionic dupe busy pretty much all the time to do this

I don't like setting up ranches very much, so I needed a different sources of brackene. Luckily dewdrips can be pulverized into brackene without adding additional water, unlike other plants. And the output of a single geyser is enough to feed about 90 of them. And if you boil the brackene to brackwax, you can reclaim and reuse half of that brine. In this farm I went for 96 dew drippers because it worked out nicely from a geometry point.

What's going on in this recording:

1. AT/ST: cooling loop set to -40C. Ideally using supercoolant, but nectar would work well enough.

2. freezing chamber: filled with petroleum at -40C. This is where brine gets frozen to brine ice and delivered to (nectar or supercoolant would work at least as well, must have freezing point below brine)

3. secondary cooling loop set to -20, keeps the dew drippers cool and prevents brine ice from melting in the farm before it's used. gets cooled via freezing chamber

4. farm (left): 96 dew drippers in rows of 16 because that just works out nicely with 2 sweepers each to feed them and conveyor receptacles and loaders between them. when harvested everything goes on a single conveyor line and then separated into dewdrips and other things. Dewdrips get delivered straight to the plant pulverizer. When the line backs up too much the door into the farm gets locked as to prioritize pulverizing. The Boop can still get back into living quarters from the secondary one-way door

5. brackwax separator (middle right): a tepidizer is used to keep a pool of brine at 85C. Brackene is dripped from above onto the metal plates and heated, at 83C it separates into brine and brackwax. The brine overflows and gets pumped back into the freezing chamber, reclaiming half the "fertilizer", and the brackwax goes to the output pile. For some reason this process sometimes creates plain water, I haven't figured out why. But it's dealt with by freezing it to ice debris with the secondary cooling loop.

6. pulverizer and living chambers (lower right): bare-bones bionic living quarters. This boop has to work hard so it gets only 2 hours of downtime and no sleep. Just enough time to recharge power banks and lubricate. Lack of defragmentation is compensated by lots of decor

And there you go, probably more brackene/brackwax than you'll need. But there's more! Depending on many crop boosters you give the boop, you can produce up to 68 dew seeds per cycle, which can be fed to pacus for up to 35 eggs average per cycle, making nearly 100kcal of omelette.

Also I haven't done the math on plant husks yet, but they could be processed to a solid supply of plywood.
