Sandy Shocks + Espartha Sleep Spam

Hi, one of my locals has a VGC event for the Pokemon Day a few days ago, and I wanted to build something fun. I’ve had this idea for a while, involving Gravity Sandy Shocks and Hypnosis Espartha. Espartha Protects turn one, and Sandy Shocks uses Gravity. If a fake out user is present, both mons click Protect and Sandy Shocks is EVed to outspeed Espartha, even after a Speed Boost. After Hypnosis and a few speed boosts, Espartha could Baton Pass into a now fast Kingambit, or a Flutter Mane. For Tailwind, I have Ninetales + Jumpluff, as Ninetales boosts Sandy Shocks + Flutter Mane and can use Hypnosis as well.

Despite all of this, is there anything I could change/alter to make this more solid? It is cheesy I can tell you that, however is there a way to make this more versatile? Help is appreciated!
