Does Quick Cast for Casting mode not Work?

I would like to have a visual indicator for Venators range of shotgun.

To know if I am actually going to hit the skill or not.

So far, from looking at the other characters, it only works on specific skills that have the option to be modified separately, like Wraith, for example, for her 2 skill and ultimate.

So I'm wondering if it's not implemented because we are in beta.
